XPCom/XUL job openings

we have an urgent Requirement in our company 
Our Project detail is as given below

* We are Start up with solid first Round of funding
* We want develop Rich web based application using XUL and XPCOM
applications and we also want explore java XPCOM Bridge ... mainly in
field of p2p VOIP and streaming and p2p commerce (gateway, p2p biding
etc)
* Reach user base of 6 -7 million in 6 months (after release)
* We want to work in spirit of open source .....and release release
our core framework as open source and built community around
it(revenues thru premium services )
* Our Motto is "Live and Let Live" and dont be evil ....We want to
create a great environment of fun, freedom and play (= work) and thus
are looking for people with similar philosophy and good skills :-)


We need head/Sr developers , location is Europe . Compensation is
around > 10,000 euro per month (negotiable)
