And you're missing an email address.

BTW: if you outsourcing instead of hiring would also be okay,
feel free to contact me personally ;-)

Well, not always.
I personally (as a freelancer) like to think about some more facts, ie.
+ are there any resources I could probably use (hardware, bandwidth, ...)
+ which grade of availability do I have to provide, how free am I in
doing a (larger) break for some other things (as a representative
I've got a lot of political work, meetings over meetings, etc)
+ how is the general social climate in the company ?
+ how much of the work can my done at home (in my favourite working env) ?
(this isn't unintersting for productivity and regeneration)
+ can I delegate some of the work to others easily ?

Of course, I'm speaking from the view of an freelancer, who has lots of
other occupations beside the job (well, in fact several jobs at a time).
I can't speak for the 99% of mass folks - perhaps they're trivial enough
that the paycheck is the only intersting ...

Well, the intersting question is: what kind of qualification.
Again, speaking just for myself: I'm a coder (not just as a job, also
as a way of life ;-)), so the typical admin stuff isn't always what
makes greatest joy to me, but I'm *able* to do this work (at least
think so ;-)) and, if the conditions are okay and I'm not really
occupied with more important things, I'll do that job. Thats business.

Well, I didn't see any salery facts in the announcement.
BTW: I'm not really sure, if it's wise to do so.
