Contract: Firefox extension developer in SF bay area

We are looking for a experienced firefox extension developer
interested in preferably a fixed bid contract.

Below are the requirements:

- Develop a firefox extension: Toolbar UI with buttons, drop-down menu
and user preferences dialog
- Plug-in to 1) render web page as image (PNG) and 2) screen capture
to local file system
- Simple rule based browser destination detection with pattern
matching
- Interact with existing COM interfaces and C++ dlls
- Installation package
