I need a developer to build a toolbar + simple search engine (similar to google toolbar)

Hello,

I need a to do a toolbar similar to the google toolbar, it will have
to search in a very simple engine. If you could take care of building
the engine too it would be awsome, nothing too sophisticated, just URL
+keywords+description+picture, and a small control panel to add sites.
But I need some features which I don't know if they are possible.
