Looking for a Talented Firefox Developer

We are a company based in Dallas, TX. We are looking to hire a
talented Firefox developer  who also has experience in Outlook and IE
addon development. This is a full time position. The person can work
remotely and need not be located in Dallas.

We are developing a brand new product.

The product allows people to send email in a certain way.
As the end customer can be using Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, AOL,
Thunderbird etc to compose and receive emails, the functionality has
to be implemented on all these platforms and combinations, i.e. Yahoo/
Gmail/AOL/Hotmail on IE as well as FF. The OL version is about 80%
done, and so is the IE version. They currently are not compatible with
each other and will need to be modified to make them compatible with
each other. The FF implementation will be done completely from scratch
on Windows/Linux/Unix/Mac platforms.

The languages used are:
FF: XUL / JavaScript / XPCOM [http://developer.mozilla.org/]
OL plugin: VB6
IE: Visual C++

The candidate has to have extensive experience in developing FF, OL
and IE plugins & addons on different platforms. I will need to see
specific experience and examples  of work.

The initial tasks will involve Firefox and Outlook development.

Infrastructure Needs:
972 ph# for the developer where they can call and receive unlimited
phone calls.
At least 1MB Broadband connectivity for them for home and office in
case they have to work on an important bug from home.
US timings are preferred, however for the right person, we will make
adjustments.
Linux, Windows, Macintosh [Intel] machine.

Budget is $1500.00 per month. This is a 6-12 month project.
