Description:

Quatro Consulting is seeking a Mozilla C++ Developer to lead the design,
development, and implementation of web browser extensions and plugins for
a new innovative software product. As a C++ Developer, you will architect
client-side solutions by collaborating with team members to select
technologies and design components, interfaces, and portable frameworks.
You will participate in the full lifecycle of software development from
requirements through design, development, testing, documentation, and
deployment. Candidate will enter this new project during the construction
stage.  You must work and communicate effectively by email, instant
messaging, and phone.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and expertise for client-side product
deliverables
• Apply technologies such as C++, Mozilla (XUL, XPCOM), and ActiveX to
develop browser extensions and plugins for Internet Explorer, Firefox and
Safari based on requirements and use cases
• Document interfaces and frameworks
• Create client installers

Requirements:

• 4+ years software design and development experience
• 4 years of professional development with C++
• 1 year of professional development creating browser extensions on
Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Experience with HTML, DHTML, DOM, JavaScript, XUL preferred
• Experience developing ActiveX controls for Vista that execute processes
outside of IE protected mode restrictions preferred
• Experience developing applications with RUP and/or XP software
methodologies preferred
• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
