Downloading files without an extension

The specific task I'm trying to do is to batch download all the messages 
listed in my Yahoo mailbox. Because the files have URLs like
http://us.f94.mail.yahoo.com/ym/ShowLetter?MsgId=4247_1881108_40955_1383_1435_0_7634_5478_3048594459&sbox=admin&Search=1&YY=3681&inc=50&order=down&sort=date&pos=0&view=&head=&box=%40S%40Search
I can't figure out how to get Leech to notice them. Is there a way to 
get Leech to just download *all* the links from one page, disregarding 
filetype?
