No... why do you think that? Android comes with a EULA, but contains
both GPL and LGPLed parts. Anyone distributing B2G already needs to be
comfortable with both the GPL (for e.g. the Linux kernel) and (I
believe; tell me if I'm wrong) the LGPL.
