Embedding browser

Hi, there si a way to incorporata browser into Win32 app as ActiveX. I want
to create app. that uses the browser for displaying the some pages (i dont'
want to do browser :)). App should be free even commercial and I won't
provide source codes.
I thing this is not against MPL, but I want to ask: is tahat legal?
