The basic intent of licenses is not incompatible with the DFSG, so it is a pity that the implementation details are problematic. I wouldn't want to be a difficult person myself by refusing to accept the documentation license chosen by the Mozilla Foundation, so I will probably have to settle on CC-by or CC-by-sa. (Currently I am leaning towards the latter.)
