distribution of binaries on cd

We are planning a book for teachers of computer science at school. This book
will have a CD with texts and software.

One part of this book is the internet and the software to use the internet
will be Mozilla. We want to distribute mozilla binaries on this CD.

The legal situation of Mozilla is rather confusing, there is a Netscape
Public License, a Mozilla Public License. Additionally there is a Mozilla
EULA, but only for Thunderbird and Firefox.

What is the license to look in if and and if yes under which conditions we
can distribute Mozilla binaries on our CD?
