Is it allowed to study the code?

I am implementing a commercial .NET based application. And I found some 
module I need have already being implemented for Mozilla. Can I study the 
Mozilla code then reimplement it in my application (not going to copy any 
code, but will probably reimplement similar logic or same logic)?
