I would say that "conspicuously included" means that a user will come 
across it in normal use of the program. Therefore, inclusion in the 
About box counts, but a small text file three directories deep inside 
your program directory called beware_of_the_leopard.txt probably doesn't.[0]

Most applications I've come across use the About box, or possibly a 
clearly marked and well-linked Help page.
