Site claiming "official" version of Firefox "released by Google"

I filed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=334128

It seems to me like http://www.download-mozilla-firefox.com/ is not
allowed - that is, claiming it is the "official" version. Additionally,
I doubt Google will be happy with them either. I'm not sure where to go
from here though, so if anyone has clues for me, or a reassuring "we'll
take it from here", then that'd be great.
