We'd don't distinguish between publicly between employees and 
contractors.  Last time I looked at this there was also some question 
about employee privacy and what various laws say about employees and 
public lists.  We'll look into it in detail at some point, but haven't 
yet -- have employees in lots of places so lots of places to check
