As already pointed out, the new version is behind a pref, and it's supposed to replace the existing one. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1477310 is tracking enabling the new error pages by default in Nightly. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1463693 is the tracking bug. Let me know if you can't reach specific strings, and I'll try to look into it.
