There is the preference "intl.multilingual.enabled" in Fx 63 set by default on false. Setting it to 
true, you will see a new English string which is not available for translating on Pontoon yet:

Tools --> Options --> Language --> Choose the languages used to display menus, messages, and 
notifications from Nightly.
