It's not planned as part of the this first iteration, but it's something 
we want to consider, also based on the data we'll collect.

Technically, the same type of check could happen the first time a 
profile is started, downloading the dictionary if it's not available. 
That would also allow to stop shipping dictionaries as part of the 
builds, which is definitely interesting in a scenario with multi-locales 
builds.
