Firefox Monitor: updates on localization

Hi,

A few localizers asked in the past days about Firefox Monitor, and when 
it would be localizable. We finally have some news.

I've just exposed the strings for the Firefox add-on

It's a simple door-hanger that will be displayed in Firefox when you 
open a website with known data breaches

Only a dozen locales are enabled at the moment, and the deadline is set 
for October 31.

*Website*
We're close to getting the website ready for localization, hopefully it 
will be completed before the end of the week [1].

There is currently a discussion around adding a page to inform the user 
about Firefox Monitor and what it does, but it's unclear if it will be 
part of the add-on or the website. Strings also need to be added to make 
the emails sent by the website localizable.

As of now, the website's content is around 1200 words, but it's destined 
to grow as soon as the remaining copy is finalized.

Feel free to opt-in in Pontoon if you want to localize Firefox Monitor 
[2]. When enabling the project for the website, I'll enable all locales 
already enabled for the add-on.
