Improving the review process of Pontoon with translation comments

Hi,

As you've noticed, we haven't been making big changes to Pontoon's
translate view in a while. We're in the middle of a code rewrite, which
will allow us to address issues that have been piling up over the years
much faster. Stay tuned for more updates about the rewrite soon.

One of the first additions we'll be making once the rewrite is complete are
translation comments. I'd like to invite you have a look at the product
specification and leave comments  in the document or on Discourse:
