SUMO in Pontoon

Hi,

Long we had SUMO in former Pootle instance. We never intended to
translate it, as our Kazakh team is very small. I think we were told
it will not be enabled by default in Pontoon. But now it is. Could
someone please, please unassign SUMO from Kazakh team in Pontoon?
