Hello,

Since Delphine isn't responsible for this and I don't know who is so I 
can contact them directly, I'm asking here.

AMO Frontend is enabled for Croatian, but it's read-only so I can't 
translate anything.

If any l10n driver could make it writeable again so I can translate 
those "top priority" strings. [1][2]
