If you access your post on this server: http://new.blogger.com/
then your account is on the new server and you should configure it with

1)The OTHER option from the channel config dialog
(http://mozblog.mozdev.org/setting_blog_server.html#Setting_up_a_Blog_account).

2)Entering http://api.blogger.com/api/RPC2 in the server URL field.

3)Entering the app key of mozblog in the AppKey field. If you need it
just e-mail me directly.

4) and so on.

I have made a few test with the http://api.blogger.com/api/RPC2 server
and it seem to work fine if your account is on the new.blogger.com
server (DANO) but I'm experiencing some problem when retrieving some
old account info's with this server. I can't say that the problem are
relevant to the blogger server or to the XmlRpc module of Mozilla
which, since Moz1.3, is very unstable i.e. the error are hardly
reproducible.

See steve's reply for more details about the server
