If your question is: how do I set up blogger (the server product), 
you might wish to consider Moveable Type at 

http://www.moveabletype.org/

They have a non-commercial licensing scheme as well as 
a for-profit one ($150/server, as I recall). 

Very nice system, fairly easy to set up; supported
by most of the blog clients I've run across.

Hi,
A couple of my friends use Netscape 7 and want to blog. Now I wanted to 
setup blogger for them, but it crashes NS7 all the time. They don't want 
Mozilla, because they know and want Netscape, not Mozilla. Any suggestions?
