I'm using drupal <http://www.drupal.org/> to run my website and would
like to use mozblog as the blogging client. Drupal supports
"Blogger.com-style" xmlrpc access, so i'm thinking that mozblog should
work. i set up my site using the "Others" type in the preferences and
entered all relevant information. When i click "OK" on the preferences
dialog it goes out to my webpage, and successfully connects and now
knows the name of my website, for instance, so i'm confident that's
working.

HOWEVER...

when submitting a post, the error tab in the bottom bar shows the
following:
Making new posts...Fault! <XML-RPC Fault: (1) Error in the
  authentication process>
similarly, hitting "Synchronize" also shows:
Get 5 recent posts...Fault! <XML-RPC Fault: (1) Error in the
  authentication process>
on the error tab. Now i think i've mistyped my password. so i go back
into the preferences dialog, and, *without changing anything*, click ok
on the settings it shows the same XML-RPC authentication error. when i
re-type my password, i do not get the error. however, the errors above
remain, and once again i get the error when i go back into preferences.

So what i'm thinking is that mozblog is not saving my password properly,
or drupal for some reason is ok with it the first time but not on
subsequent accesses. The former seems more likely. before i bother the
drupal folks, is this a problem with mozblog? there something i can do
or check that would fix/help someone solve this problem? Mozblog looks
like the perfect tool for what i want; i'm eager to get it working.

thanks for any assistance you can provide.
