problems with publishing

Hi,
I have just installed MozBlog 6.12 on Mozilla 1.2.1, WinXP.
The problem is I cannot publish. I have two errors :

Making new posts...Fault! <XML-RPC Fault: (0) java.lang.Exception: 
java.lang.Exception: Post succeded but error on publish: 
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out>

Making new posts...Error! (804b000d) null

Can you help me?
