Setup with Moveable Type

Just getting started with MozBlog, and I've got two questions:

1) Is there a searchable interface for the mailing list archives?  I'd
love to verify that no one else has asked this question, but I just
haven't found the web page to do that from yet.

2) What should I put in for the server URL if I'm using this with
Moveable Type?  Should I point it at the URL for the administrative
interface (ie, http://some/site/mt/mt.cgi)?
