Yeah, I don't have a good enough broadband connection for that setting.

Maybe item 2 should be the default for item 3? Then a user wouldn't have to 
twiddle with source code.

Well, seems I was falling down thinking cache would to just that and not 
download the whole shabang and observe the cache setting I told it to.
