Also could you set debug=1 in the mplayerplug-in.conf file and run firefox from a terminal and see if you get any debug output? I'll see if I can get two webcams working here. Also in the src setting make sure it is src="tv://" and not src="tv:// ". I don't know if the space matters, but you should take it out.
