I don't have the resources to do it since I don't have a copy of Windows
or Visual C++. Also people have asked for this in the past and I always
said, send a patch. So far no one has even attempted one.

I think to get it working would basically entail writing a new plugin
just for windows. So I don't see this as a possibility.

Gecko-mediaplayer might be actually easier to port to windows, but I
don't have the resources or the interest in doing it.
