When mplayer is used to play movies from a network share (here it is samba)=
 the subtitles when they are in a separate file such as .srt are not loaded=
 while it is properly put in place. When the movie file is played locally m=
player loads the .srt file automatically.
The .srt file can of course be specified with -sub smb://path_to_file. But =
this is laborious and hardly useable when mplayer is launched directly with=
 the mouse click.
