Move Tabs

One of the other tab extensions (the one based on a .jp site) I used had
a Move tab Left/Right feature that is missing in multizilla.

The concept is simple and is available in most other tab GUIs.  Why is
it not in Mutlizilla?  I used it quite a bit to organize/speed searches
(when I found a page I moved it left of the search page).

I can copy links around, and create new tabs with the link there, but it
was so much easier to drag and drop it, or right click menu it.
