It is now CTL+ALT-Arrow, that is the standard switch desktop/view in
Gnome, and I think KDE.  It'd be cool to make it editable.

Or I am thinking shift-ctl-pgdown/pgup.  This currently seems to be the
same as pgdown and pgup, but I did not test thoroughly.

OK, now I feel like a class A dipwad.  This does what I asked for!  The
mail list people need a better clue :)  I am cc'ing the list.

I was expected behavior more like the bookmarks manager.  If I drag/copy
the tab to the place *between* two tabs it moves it.  That might make it
a bit more intuitive.

The moves described in the doc works in the previous version as well.  I
looked for a while on the site.  I will post to the mail list.  Maybe
the same doc should have a link from a doc titled "Moving Tabs, Swapping
Tabs, Duplicating Tabs"

Titled like that it will get caught by google searches.

The body of the document can be two things:

1)  A link "To do this via Drag and Drop, goto page ...."
2)  Screen shots of the new menus.
3)  The menu commands when they are finalized 

Then add a link in the faq.

I can write the bulk of the page if that helps.

BTW the release notes comments has a link for a marketer:
