There are many illegal ways to do that. I see two legal ways:

* Ask your ISP for a proxy (explain reason)
* pay (expansive) aproxy at an anomyser.

Those two legal ways does not protect you against prosecution if you do 
any illegal activity in *your* country (not in the country opf your proxy)
