I just ran some test and it works perfectly for me. Here are my steps to reproduce:
1)visit https://www.truthout.org/membership/sub_mgmt.php
2)enter your e-mail address
3)use menu Tools/Form Manager/Save Form Info to save the form info
4)close this tab and reopen a new one with the same URL
5)double click in that form field

Current and expected result: my e-mail address was filled in automatically

So I can't reproduce this with mozilla 2003101904, but let me recheck with a more recent build (back later).
