Hello, I didn't see this in the mailing list archive, and I'm not really even sure it's a bug. I'm using multizilla on Windows XP. When I installed multizilla, the tabs' colors didn't match the mozilla theme. It looked like they had Windows' menu bar colors or something. This persisted through mozilla restarts and reboots. I let this go for a while until I noticed that all the screenshots on your site look normal and the tabs have the theme's colors. I discovered that I had to re-apply the modern theme (and then restart mozilla) to get the tabs to have the right colors. If this is not a bug, it might be a nice post-installation note.
