I guess this is caused by the new redirector code. Please verify this by changing the following pref settings on the 'New Windows' pref panel:

[x] Enable new window redirector for window.open()
[x] Override new window settings (see: Set Window Features)

Inform me (per e-mail) what pref setting solved this problem.

note: I am already (still) working on improvements for the new window redirector code (see also my latest comment in the projects blog at: http://multizilla.mozdev.org/weblog-hj.html)

Thanks for testing,
/HJ
