Did you install MultiZilla as a single-user app?  If so, then it will 
have been installed in your profile directory.  Take a look in your 
<profile dir>/chrome directory.  And remember, you can always disable 
MZ without uninstalling it by using the "Extension management" menu 
in QuickPrefs.
