I don't understand what you're asking.  By opening a "clean" screen, 
do you mean that you don't want MZ to ask if you want to open the 
saved tab session?  If so, then set the following pref: Prefs -> 
MultiZilla -> Advanced -> tab sessions -> Restore tab session on 
startup -> don't restore sessions

And by closing everything when you close Mozilla, do you want to 
disable the prompt that you get when doing File -> Exit ("Are you 
sure you want to end this session")?  Untick prefs -> MultiZilla -> 
confirmations -> close window / quit -> ask confirmation for 'Exit' 
and (ctrl+Q)
