AdBlock/ContentManager

Hi,

I only have Multizilla and AdBlock installed and noticed that there is a new 
ContentBlocker in the next version. Just wondering how these two will interact 
and whether they have overlapping functionality? Does the content blocker block 
images/flash etc before they load like AdBlock?
