Well it did it to me on 1.4.x as well I realized.  I have since upgraded
that system (FC1) to 1.6 as well.

It worked under WinXP 3 nights ago.

That bug is refering to 1.6->1.7 so I am not sure if that applies or
not.

BTW that was a fresh build of FC, nothing added.  I also tried moving
root .mozilla directory and I got the same thing.
