I had a problem the other day.  There was a page in my session that
caused Mozilla to lock up.  I was forced to kill it.

But the session remained the same.  I had to edit the session.rdf to
get rid of the offending pages before I could get Mozilla to startup
completely.

It would be nice to have crash detection on startup.  Then a choice of loading
or _not_ loading any saved sessions.
