Removed XPI files

Hi,

There are two different probles. The first problem is that someone at mozdev.org removed *all* our XPI files. The second problem is that the main mirror was off-line for several days. 

I have setup a temporarily link that points to: http://multizilla.mozdev.org/xpi/multizilla/multiviews-v1632.xpi
This enables you to install the latest MultiZilla nightly from the mozdev.org server.

I already e-mail Pete and CC'ed the project owners mailing list so now we have to wait for his explanation but you can install version 1.6.3.2F when needed!
