Browser UA spoofing did used to work in the way that you 
described, but it was changed temporarily since it caused Mozilla 
to crash and the devloper wasn't able to track down the problem 
before he went away.  If and when HJ gets back, I'm sure that 
this problem will be fixed eventually.
