Perhaps I've misunderstood what you're asking for.  Although I 
don't understand it perfectly, I believe that the new MultiZilla 
anti-phising measure hashes a secure site and stores it in a file 
and AFAIK, it combines it with the Mozilla master password, which 
is, I believe, the password that you seem to have forgotten.  
What I did when this came up was set a blank master password 
(bad, I know, but I'm not /that/ concerned with Mozilla security -
- if a black hat can get as far as getting access to my profile 
directory then I'm buggered anyway :)  ).

If this isn't what you're asking, then I'm afraid that I can't 
help you.

The master password can be reset through prefs -> privacy & 
security -> master passwords -> reset password (although this 
will also remove all your stored passwords/form data etc)

It was just a guess.  I should have checked the prefs first, 
since the option is actually there :).
