Asking for confirming a bug

Dear All

I would like to check whether you confirm the bug which can be
reproduced in the following way:

* select some htm file as home page (in Preferences, Mozilla);
* go to a tab and select Tab Home.

You should see that the page shown is 

http://www.file.com//"the htm file that you choosed".

(I am using MultiZilla 1.8.0.1d and Mozilla 1.7.7.)
