Can't Install Latest

I am using Seamonkey on an iBook G4 running OS X 10.4.6 Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.1) Gecko/20060127 MultiZilla/1.7.9.0a SeaMonkey/1.0 I tried to install the latest version of Multizilla but keep getting an error 239 (chrome registration failed).
