I don't think compiling Firefox in 64bit mode in Linux is officially
supported at the moment. And 32bit Firefox runs fine in Ubuntu/64.

However *heads up*. I received a whole slew of complaints about crashes
on the flashblock support email address when ubuntu autoupdated to
Firefox 3.0. We traced this down to the Ubuntu version of Firefox 3.0.
The official linux tarballs from getfirefox.com are rock stable and
didn't crash at all. Another source of crashes on ubuntoo, gentoo and
other debian based releases is flashplayer 10 beta. Downgrading to 9.0
r124 stopped these crashes. YMMV.

The pages are updated only if there is something to update.
