Proxy on Tools menu

I'm not sure when it changed, but at some point the "Proxy" options
disappeared from the "golden wrench" tools menu in MultiZilla. It was
really handy for a quick proxy switching off and on. Did I disable
this by way of some kind of setting, or was it removed? (It's not
there under click, shift+click, or ctrl+click.)
