Actually, it's anything in the Preference Manager -> General part.

Moreso, I found something worse.
If you go to Preference Manager -> General.
Then you close the preferences window and then go back in, If you change off of General, it'll fail to load.

After that, once you close everything related to preferences (both multizilla and seamonkey's)
the JS console will show this

Error: window.getComputerStyle(this._previewImage,"") has no properties
Source: (line 49) chrome://multiviews/content/preferences/multizillaMainPanel.zul

Constantly until you restart Seamonkey.
(at the time of this I'm up to it repeating 1600 times so far)
